We are committed to strengthening a function that is increasingly focused on generating value, embedded in core business processes and capable of generating a concrete impact on the Group's strategy and growth.​ Join our team, where you can sharpen your skills, join challenging projects, and grow in the field of AI platform engineering with the aim of building the TeamSystem core AI-bricks running LLMs, agentic AI and MCP servers. ​ **In particular, you will:**​ * Develop self-provisioning services for resources like LLM gateways and MCP servers, and lifecycle management of AI agents; * Create new features for the AI platform by listening to our users, through monitoring internal KPIs, and actively participating in prioritization decision-making processes; * Work closely with product teams and AI engineers. **What skills are we looking for?** ​ * At least 3–4 years of experience in similar positions; * attitude to deep architecture and solution design; * managing cloud infrastructures, containers and infrastructure as code; * being familiar with Python backend development – we use FastAPI; * experience with deploying AI solution featuring LLM and MCP Servers; * proficiency in English (B2 level).
