Must Have
~1 year of performance marketing experience (agency or in-house), Fluency with AI tools for content and creative production, Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and/or Google, analytical instincts, Bias toward action, Clear written and visual communication skills, High agency, ownership mindset, genuine excitement about AI as a creative multiplier

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who is AI-native — someone who instinctively reaches for AI tools to move faster, think bigger, and produce better work. This role sits at the center of our paid growth engine, and you'll be expected to build and optimize creative workflows using AI from day one. This is an execution-heavy role with real ownership. You'll produce ad creative, build campaigns, analyze performance data, and iterate — all at a pace that only someone fluent in AI-assisted workflows can sustain.
