ABOUT FRESNO SUMMIT ADVISORS Fresno Summit Advisors is a recruiting and talent operations partner supporting startups and SMBs across healthcare, healthcare AI, fintech, and emerging technology sectors. We help companies build stronger hiring systems, improve recruiting operations, and execute high-quality searches across leadership, technical, operational, and healthcare-focused roles. As Fresno Summit continues to grow, we are investing heavily in AI-enabled recruiting infrastructure and operational systems to improve sourcing speed, recruiting quality, workflow automation, and overall scalability. We are looking for a highly operational, technically curious contractor to help build and maintain these systems. ABOUT THE ROLE This is not a traditional software engineering role. We are looking for a highly resourceful AI Operations & Automation Contractor who can help us build lightweight AI-enabled recruiting workflows, sourcing infrastructure, operational automations, and internal recruiting systems. This role sits at the intersection of: - recruiting operations - workflow automation - AI tooling - sourcing infrastructure - operational systems - data enrichment - process optimization You will work directly with the Founder of Fresno Summit Advisors to help design and implement internal recruiting workflows that improve operational efficiency and allow the company to scale with a lean team.
