AI is core to our architecture, our development workflow, and our product. We are backed by a Miami-based family office with a long runway, zero burn-rate pressure, and an ambitious product roadmap. We are hiring our first technical operations hire — someone who owns the operational layer of our AI-assisted development workflow so our engineering leadership can stay focused on high-leverage product development. If you've ever been frustrated running in environments where AI tools are an afterthought, where you're blocked by process more than progress, or where your technical contributions disappear into a slow-moving bureaucracy — this is your chance to build something different.
