What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of professional software engineering, proven track record of leading technical initiatives that multiple teams or systems, Deep hands-on experience across the full SDLC, Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction, command of software architecture principles, Proficiency in at least one primary language: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java,. Net or Go, experience across multiple layers of the stack, Proven, production-grade experience with AI coding agents as a core part of your daily workflow, understanding of LLM API integration in production, Ability to design and run AI evals
Nice to Have
Experience with agentic frameworks: LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration patterns, MLOps knowledge, Familiarity with AI security risks

Design and deploy agent-orchestrated workflows
Build business cases for AI-native adoption
Represent AI-native engineering capabilities
