What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years of accounting or finance experience, Understanding of U. S. GAAP, Month-end close process knowledge, Ability to translate accounting requirements into system configurations
Nice to Have
CPA preferred, Accounting credentials valued, Prior consulting experience, Prior implementation experience, Prior client-facing experience, Familiarity with ASC 606, SaaS revenue recognition familiarity

Support Rillet ERP implementations
Assist with requirements gathering
Translate accounting and finance workflows into system configurations
Configure finance system functionality
Test finance system functionality
Support client training
Support documentation
Support post-implementation optimization
Contribute to development of internal implementation playbooks
Contribute to development of best practices
Assist with client discovery
Assist with project scoping
Assist with sales handoffs
Expand knowledge of finance systems
Expand knowledge of automation tools
Expand knowledge of AI-enabled accounting technologies
