Full Job Description
We are looking for an **AI Motion Designer / AI Video Designer** who can build high-quality marketing and promotional videos using modern AI-powered creative workflows. This is not a traditional Motion Designer role focused solely on After Effects, and it is not a simple video editing position. We are looking for someone who can own the entire AI-driven video production process — from concept and visual direction to scene generation, editing, final assembly, and content adaptation across multiple channels. You should have a strong visual sense, understand marketing objectives, and be able to produce engaging videos quickly and efficiently. ### Responsibilities: * Create marketing and promotional videos for GoMining products and campaigns. * Produce advertising creatives and promo videos using AI-powered video generation tools. * Generate scenes, transitions, footage, characters, environments, and product-focused visuals using AI. * Assemble final videos including: * storytelling and structure * pacing and rhythm * music and sound design * typography and motion graphics * subtitles and text overlays * Adapt content for different formats and platforms: * Paid advertising * Social media * Reels * Shorts * X * YouTube * Product and app promotions * Create videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, explainers, growth initiatives, and performance marketing. * Explore and test new AI tools and workflows to improve production speed and quality. * Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to build an AI-first video production pipeline. **Requirements** * Experience in motion design, video production, or video editing. * Strong experience with AI video tools such as: * Runway * Kling * Pika * Luma * Midjourney * Nano Banana * ElevenLabs * Suno / Udio * or similar platforms * Ability to create controlled, production-ready outputs through prompting rather than random AI generation. * Strong editing skills using: * After Effects * DaVinci Resolve * Premiere Pro * or
