Must Have
12+ years in product leadership, strategy, or commercialization roles, Proven success launching and scaling enterprise B2B products, ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services, Track record of driving revenue growth from new product offerings, understanding of banking and IT operations (core, payments, risk, compliance, or back office), Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies (AI/automation) into commercial solutions, Experience working across product, sales, and engineering organizations, Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally, Builder mindset: able to take products from 0 → 1 → scale, Commercially driven: decisions anchored in revenue, margin, and ROI, Client-centric: trusted advisor to senior leaders within banking organizations, Execution-focused: delivers outcomes, not just strategy
