What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in application development, AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data science, 3+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex software or machine learning applications at enterprise scale, 1+ years of experience creating software for retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data to support machine learning workflows, 1+ years of experience with building scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, or model training and deployment pipelines, Ability to code and develop scalable solutions from scratch using languages such as Python or TypeScript, Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics and 3+ years of experience in a professional technical environment or 7+ years of experience in a professional technical environment in lieu of a degree
Nice to Have
Experience with Full-stack application development or deploying ML models, Experience with Palantir tools, such as Foundry, Experience with distributed data or computing tools, including Spark, Databricks, or pipeline data science tools, such as Alteryx, Experience working on real-time data, streaming applications, or AI model deployment, Experience with data warehousing using AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake, Experience with Agile engineering practices, TS/SCI Clearance
