What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ Years of experience in Product Manager/AI Lead/Technical Lead roles within global, high-growth SaaS environments, 2+ Proven track record specifically leading the implementation of AI-driven processes, LLM integrations, or GenAI tools across a large-scale organization, Deep fluency in the AI ecosystem: Comprehensive knowledge of current market tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, vector databases, etc.) and a demonstrated ability to select and tailor the right products to specific business needs, 3+ Years of experience in Team Lead position, Significant background in Software Development/Engineering, with the ability to navigate complex integrations, API architectures, and technical infrastructures, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, An entrepreneurial and authoritative leader who can navigate high-stakes environments with strategic maturity and drive rapid "Startup-mode" execution, Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence both hands-on R&D teams and C-level executives, Fluent English
