What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8 years of commercial experience within B2B, industrial, or specialty chemical environments, Proven experience working within or closely alongside sales organizations and commercial leadership, understanding of sales processes, funnel dynamics, and commercial operations, Experience operating at or above an Area Manager level or equivalent seniority, Ability to influence and drive change across commercial teams without direct authority, Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical or technical outputs into clear commercial actions
Nice to Have
Experience within Solenis or related organizations such as Heritage, Diversey, NCH, or Chem‑Aqua, Familiarity with AI‑enabled sales tools, advanced analytics, or model‑driven decision support, Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Exposure to marketing strategy, product management, or commercial enablement functions, Understanding of sales funnel analysis and opportunity velocity metrics

Translate commercial strategy into AI use cases
Drive adoption of AI-powered sales opportunities
Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders
Partner to embed AI insights into commercial processes
Lead global change management efforts
Collaborate with Data Science teams
Support model testing and validation
Measure success based on adoption and revenue impact
