What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Hands-on AI implementation experience, Expertise in SQL, Deep understanding of system architectures, Foundational understanding of programming and backend architecture, Proactive, problem-solving mindset, Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for iteration, Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
Direct experience with our current toolset: Credal. ai, Gemini, NotebookLM, or Google Agentspace, Subject-matter expertise in a core servicing area like Payments, Customer Support, Financial Crime, or KYC

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
collaboration with other TGS specialists; work side-by-side with our "AI Champions" and operational experts; proactively engaging with Privacy, Security, and Compliance; building solid cross-functional relationships with Product and Engineering teams independently; ensure TGS-led AI initiatives are in lock-step with the company’s broader technical direction
