Experience in a customer-facing, strategy & operations or product role, analytical able to break down ambiguous financial problems and reason through them clearly, Hands-on experience tinkering with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor (personal projects, school, or work all count), Desire to able to pick up on unfamiliar concepts quickly and directly apply in day-to-day work, Understanding of core financial concepts (cash flow, P&L, AP/AR) and genuine curiosity about fintech, Comfort in Excel or Google Sheets modeling and analysis, communication can articulate complex concepts clearly to customers, Comfort working cross-functionally and moving fast in ambiguous, early-stage environments

You'll work directly with brands to optimize their cash across cash management, bill pay, and forecast health on our agentic platform and you'll be the primary channel feeding what you learn back into what we build. Every manual workflow you run today is a candidate for tomorrow's autonomous capability, and you'll be the one spotting which ones, specifying them, and partnering with Product and Engineering to ship them.This role is based in our NoHo, NYC office.
