Turn our organic acquisition into our #1 acquisition channel; Make Alan the most cited and mentioned health brand across LLMs and search engines; Drive organic traffic and conversions; Ship at least one fully agent-powered content pipeline end to end within 6 months; Measurable growth in non-brand organic traffic and AI citations within 6 months; Defend any piece we have published in the last quarter on its merits within 6 months; Co-own the content roadmap across at least two markets within 12 months; Be the person the SEO/GEO Lead consults before making cluster or agent design decisions within 12 months; Shipped at least one experiment that changed how the team works within 12 months

Identify new strategic content opportunities; Solve hard problems
Must be based in Paris or willing to relocate, Requires regular presence at our Paris office
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent in French and English, At least 1 year of growth or marketing experience, Legally eligible to work in France
Nice to Have
Exposure to SEO, growth marketing, or organic acquisition, Previous track record of building with AI agents or automation tools

Collaborate with Brand on third-party citation work and brand sentiment monitoring
