What You'll Achieve.

Turn our organic acquisition into our #1 acquisition channel; Make Alan the most cited and mentioned health brand across LLMs and search engines, in four markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada); Drive organic traffic and conversions; Ship at least one fully agent-powered content pipeline end to end (after 6 months); Non-brand organic traffic and AI citations show measurable growth in your cluster (after 6 months); Defend any piece we have published in the last quarter on its merits (after 6 months); Co-own the content roadmap across at least two markets (after 12 months); Be the person the SEO/GEO Lead consults before making cluster or agent design decisions (after 12 months); Shipped at least one experiment that changed how the team works (after 12 months)
