Must Have
4-6 years experience in governance, compliance, risk, data, or AI, Good understanding of EU AI Act, Good understanding of AI challenges, Ability to structure and simplify complex topics, Excellent relational skills, Ability to work transversally without hierarchical authority, Perfect communication in French, Perfect communication in English, Good writing skills, Good presentation skills
Nice to Have
Experience in a regulated environment, Experience in insurance or financial services, Knowledge of data governance, Knowledge of risk management, Dutch language skills
What You'll Do.
Structure and deploy AI governance framework
Implement processes for AI usage
Ensure continuous improvement of AI governance
Translate EU AI Act requirements
Collaborate with Risk
Participate in AI system inventory
Formalize AI and GenAI monitoring processes
Act as central coordination point
Foster collaboration between business and transverse functions
Support AI projects with business and risk focus
Participate in developing responsible AI culture
Train stakeholders on AI governance
Train stakeholders on AI Act obligations
Simplify complex topics for management
