What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering or application development, experience building modern web applications using React (preferred) or similar frameworks, Proficiency in backend development and API design (e.g., FastAPI, Python, Node.js, or Java), Experience integrating multiple systems via APIs, including data platforms and external services, Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (ECS, Lambda, etc.), Solid understanding of application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams
Nice to Have
Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications, including working with LLM APIs or AI assistants, Familiarity with agent-based frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) or orchestration of AI workflows, Experience building AI-powered user interfaces such as chatbots, copilots, or intelligent dashboards, Familiarity with OutSystems or other low-code platforms, Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and SSO in enterprise environments, Understanding of data platforms and working with structured and unstructured data, Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or partnering business development domains is a plus, Experience working in Agile development environments
