**About the client** Our client is a CFO-grade vendor spend intelligence platform for 50-200 person companies. They help finance and operations leaders see their total vendor spend, manage contracts, track renewals, and capture savings — across software and services, not just SaaS. Our client is an Australian pre-seed startup with two second-time founders, a live product, paying customers in onboarding, and a SAFE round in market.
