Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field, 0–2 years experience, AI/ML coursework or projects, Large Language Models coursework or projects, APIs coursework or projects, Software development coursework or projects, Python programming experience, JavaScript or Java programming experience, Basic backend development concepts, Communication skills, Interest in customer-facing work, Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
Internship experience in software engineering, AI, or technical consulting, Hands-on projects involving RAG applications, Hands-on projects involving AI agents, Hands-on projects involving LLM APIs, Hands-on projects involving Vector databases, GitHub portfolio or deployed projects, Interest in cloud technologies, Interest in enterprise software
What You'll Do.
Learn customer workflows
Identify opportunities for AI automation
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Support workshops and discovery sessions
Define metrics for success
Build and test AI workflows
Assist with retrieval pipelines
Assist with prompt engineering

Support integrations with customer systems
Monitor AI performance
