Must Have

Diploma in Information Technology or related field, Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Data, Digital, Engineering, or similar discipline, communication and interpersonal skills, explain ideas clearly to non-technical audiences, manage time well, prioritize tasks effectively, Microsoft 365 tools, Curious, structured, eager to learn, work with moderate supervision, follow established processes, collaborative team player, good spoken and written English

Full Job Description

**Duration :** Minimum 3–6 months; shorter internships may be considered in exceptional cases. **Key Focus:** Advance AI fluency and support AI use cases for the Commercial function. **Use Your Power for Purpose** This internship offers hands-on exposure to how artificial intelligence (AI) can support Pfizer’s Commercial organization by improving how teams plan, engage, and make decisions in a fast-changing healthcare environment. As part of Pfizer’s Emerging Asia Digital & Technology team, you will support regional initiatives that help commercial teams understand and apply AI responsibly in practical business situations across diverse markets. **What You Will Achieve** In this role, you will: * Support the Regional Digital & Technology team in advancing AI fluency and adoption across Emerging Asia commercial teams. * Help translate business needs into practical AI and automation use cases using low-code/no-code tools. * Build and improve solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform: * Microsoft Copilot Studio – build and refine AI agents for business workflows. * Power Apps – create simple apps that support business users. * Power Automate – support simple workflow automation for routine processes. * Power BI – develop and refresh dashboards, using Copilot to accelerate insight generation. * Use GenAI tools responsibly, in line with Pfizer’s AI principles and never on sensitive or production data. * Support AI fluency workshops, events, and enablement sessions for teams across the region. * Maintain SharePoint sites, digital repositories, and team knowledge assets. * Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions for Digital & Technology initiatives. * Create clear documentation, user guides, and walkthroughs to help non-technical colleagues adopt new tools. * Contribute to team process improvements and share learnings with others. * Show ownership, curiosity, and strong time management while contributing to assigned work. * Support the line manager on digi
