Must Have
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, QA, or digital campaign coordination, AI Workflow Expertise: Proven ability to build multi-step automated pipelines using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n, directly integrated with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, Advanced Prompt Engineering: Deep understanding of how to constrain and guide LLMs to produce highly specific, brand-safe marketing outputs and rigorous QA audits, Marketing Operations: technical understanding of marketing platforms (e.g. , HubSpot, Braze, Meta Ads, Google Ads) and the ability to test complex tracking pixels and UTM parameters, QA Methodologies: Experience establishing robust review processes, A test tracking, and pre-flight checklists for high-traffic consumer campaigns, Professional proficiency in English for technical documentation and collaboration, Maintain availability during core U. S. Pacific Time business hours (9 AM – 5 PM PT)
