Experience building reusable platform components, Experience managing build of developer tools, Experience managing uncertainty of AI projects, Experience partnering with Technical Leads, Experience partnering with other Engineering Managers, Experience partnering with Product Managers

Drive model transition to production
Oversee AI infrastructure development
Define operational processes
Support on-call rotations
Ensure production system resilience

Team & Collaboration
Manage a diverse group of Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and AI Platform Engineers; Partner closely with Technical Leads; Partner with other Engineering Managers; Partner with Product Managers; Manage intersection between central AI/ML team and domain teams
Process & Methodology
Manage delivery, Manage uncertainty of AI projects, Keep stakeholders aligned on timelines
