What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and limitations - sufficient to have credible conversations with engineers. Proficiency with collaboration tools: PowerPoint, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent. Understanding of core data engineering concepts such as ETL/ELT, data modelling, and data quality. problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within a team environment.
Nice to Have
Cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Tools such as DTB, Airflow, Data Factory, or similar orchestration platforms. Structured and unstructured datasets. AI or machine learning data concepts. Git or other version-control tools.
What You'll Do.
Building and maintaining data pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver data for AI and analytics use cases.
Supporting the preparation of structured and unstructured datasets for AI solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable briefs for the AI Engineering team.
Create and maintain user-facing documentation, guides, and training materials for deployed AI solutions.
Run internal workshops and demonstrations to build AI literacy and drive adoption.
Act as first point of contact for business stakeholders on AI-related queries and change management.
Monitor adoption metrics and gather feedback on deployed solutions to inform iteration priorities.
Develop and deliver internal communications about the AI team’s roadmap, progress, and successes.
Support the Business Engagement Lead on stakeholder management and executive reporting.
