Must Have
Previous experience with software development (ideally 2-5 years of commercial experience), proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks, Familiarity with PyTorch, Tensorflow, Familiarity with OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI API, Knowledge how RAG, embeddings, vector databases, Knowledge how GraphRAG work, Knolwedge of embeddings, reranking and database optimization for embeddings, Expierience with agentic workflow, how it works, how to define tools, Experience with frameworks like autogen (AI Agent), guidance (Structured information), Experience in cloud-based AI development (e.g., AWS, Azure), Knowledge of voice chatbots, voice processing, speaker diarization, Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques, Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers, Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written (C1+), Based in European Union
Nice to Have
Familiarity with open source GPT models, llama, Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), Examples in portfolio using ML models, e.g. GPT, Stable Diffusion etc., Industry-specific AI experience (e.g., healthcare, finance), AI Certification like e.g. AI-900, AI-102

Working with open source models to fine-tune and apply them for clients
