What They're Looking For.
Must Have
experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields, Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure AI ecosystem, programming skills in Python, familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), Experience building and deploying ML models and pipelines in production environments, Good understanding of cloud architecture, data engineering, and ML lifecycle, valid work rights for Australia, willingness to undergo a comprehensive background checking process, including probity and police checks
Nice to Have
Exposure to Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Bedrock, etc. ), Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment practices, Background in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
What You'll Do.
design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions using AWS and/or Azure
build and deploy machine learning models
develop data pipelines
translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
contribute to end-to-end delivery from experimentation to production
ensure best practices in coding
solution design (for senior candidates)
stakeholder engagement (for senior candidates)
mentoring junior engineers (for senior candidates)
