Klaar om ook een builder of better te worden en ons team te versterken als AI Engineer? Als AI Engineer werk je op het kruispunt van embedded software en applied AI. Je bouwt geen experimenten, maar AI-oplossingen die effectief gebruikt worden in onze producten én processen. Je bent actief in R&D, maar je impact reikt over de volledige organisatie: van firmware en testopstellingen tot operations, sales en marketing. Je vertaalt concrete technische en businessproblemen naar schaalbare AI-oplossingen met meetbare impact. Wat ga je doen? Je combineert probleemidentificatie, ontwikkeling en integratie in één rol: * Je detecteert waar AI de grootste meerwaarde biedt en vertaalt dit naar concrete, haalbare use cases. * Je bouwt AI-oplossingen in C (embedded) en Python (tooling, pipelines, agents) die geïntegreerd zijn in bestaande producten en workflows. * Je past AI toe in o.a.: * R&D (firmware testing, data-analyse, documentatie, on-device intelligence) * Operations (automatisatie, kwaliteitsmonitoring) * Commerciële processen (content, inzichten, dataverrijking) * Je zorgt dat oplossingen naadloos integreren met embedded systemen, testopstellingen en CI pipelines. * Je werkt met real-world data en hardware en verbetert oplossingen via gestructureerde testing en iteratie. * Je vertaalt AI naar tastbare verbeteringen en zorgt dat teams je oplossingen effectief gebruiken. ## Qualifications * Sterk in C (embedded/systems) en Python * E
