AI Engineer **The Opportunity:** As a programmer, you know that machine learning is critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused solution. We need your technical knowledge and desire to problem-solve to support to help architect, build, and deploy intelligent, agentic solutions that work across legacy infrastructure, modern platforms, and various stakeholder needs. As a machine learning engineer on our Global Defense team, you’ll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data. In this role, you’ll contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. You’ll grow within a talented team of machine learning engineers across the company and collaborate with senior architects, platform leads, and business stakeholders to deliver world-class solutions to solve meaningful problems across enterprise and mission environments. You’ll gain exposure to next-generation tooling, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, while contributing to high-impact efforts that demand both technical skill and strategic insight. Your skills and technical experience will help your clients navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks. The world can’t wait. **You Have:** * 2+ years of experience with machine learning engineering in software engineering or data engineering roles * Experience building AI-enabled features or prototypes using LLMs, embeddings, or 3rd party APIs including OpenAI or Anthropic * Experience with basic prompt engineering concepts and use of LLM SDKs or frameworks including LangChain or LlamaIndex * Experience with application containerization, CI/CD deployments, and Python * Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure
