We are seeking highly adaptable engineers with strong system-thinking capabilities to help build and scale AI-powered platforms and applications. This role is focused on engineers who thrive in ambiguity, can quickly adapt to changing priorities, and are comfortable working across multiple technologies and layers of the stack. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience building production-ready systems and AI-enabled solutions. The team primarily works with Python, AI/LLM technologies, and modern cloud-native architectures. Experience with React, AWS, and Snowflake is highly valued but not strictly required, as adaptability and learning agility are considered more important than expertise in a single technology. * Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications and services. * Translate ambiguous business problems into robust technical solutions. * Build and maintain backend systems, APIs, integrations, and AI workflows. * Collaborate across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI initiatives to deliver end-to-end solutions. * Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven products and internal accelerators. * Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering
