AI ENGINEER (LATAM, Remote) Blacksmith Agency | Full-Time Contract | Remote ABOUT BLACKSMITH AGENCY Blacksmith Agency (BSA) is a fully remote WordPress design and development agency of ~40 people headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. We build high-performance websites for growth-focused companies across the US. We're not a typical agency. We run a sales engine, a production system and a growing AI automation layer that we're building into every part of how we work. This role is a direct investment in that automation layer. THE ROLE We're hiring an AI Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research role. You will not be training models. You will be building production systems on top of them. You'll work directly with our engineering and delivery leadership to take a well-documented roadmap of automation workflows (AI-assisted WordPress development, content generation, agentic pipelines) and turn them into shipped, working systems. This role is for someone who has already built things with LLMs and can show it.
