What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years building production software with Python or Node. js, Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks, Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming), understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment, Solid version control habits, English proficiency sufficient for async written communication with a US-based team
Nice to Have
WordPress or PHP experience, Familiarity with Figma APIs or design tooling, Google Apps Script or Workspace automation experience, Background in web production, digital agencies or similar environments, Experience with n8n, Make or similar workflow automation platforms
What You'll Do.
Own and ship internal automation roadmap
Build production systems on top of LLMs
Take a well-documented roadmap of automation workflows and turn them into shipped
Build internal tools that reduce manual hours across design and development production process
Build automation pipelines that connect WordPress
Google Workspace and internal CMS/component library
Integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) server as part of broader AI stack

Team & Collaboration
Work directly with engineering and delivery leadership; Async written communication with a US-based team

English proficiency sufficient for async written communication
