Must Have
4+ years of proven experience in an AI Engineer role, Proficiency in Python (with libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy), Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask for building APIs, Hands-on experience with the Google VertexAI platform, Demonstrated experience working with and fine-tuning LLMs, particularly the Gemini Model, Proficiency in developing conversational AI solutions, Solid understanding of Agentic AI principles, design patterns, Experience with GCP services including CloudRun/GKE, BigQuery, and CloudSQL, Experience working in an agile team (Scrum, Kanban), Practical understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github Actions, Teamcity), Practical understanding of AgentOps practices, Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with frameworks like LangGraph for orchestration, Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Experience with Flask or Streamlit for building user interfaces, Experience in the financial services industry, particularly Investment Banking
