Wilson Sonsini is looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to join the firm's Innovation team. The AI Enablement Specialist plays a key role in advancing legal service delivery through the evaluation and implementation of AI technology and process improvements across legal practice areas. This position collaborates closely with practice group leadership, attorneys, paralegals and other professionals, technology teams, and external vendors and partners to enhance workflows and improve efficiency. This role requires the ability to translate practitioner needs into practical, technology-enabled solutions. Legal practice experience is preferred. This position is available as a full virtual opportunity. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Contribute to the development of AI-enabled solutions, automated workflows, data-driven tools, and support internal operations and legal work * Support the development and execution of innovation strategies aligned with the needs of legal practice areas.
