What you’d be doing in this role As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA — and that’s where the magic happens. This role sits at the intersection of People, Technology, and AI, helping us transform how our People team operates through intelligent AI and automation. The AI Enablement Partner is a specialist role within our HR Tech team , focused on designing, building, and scaling intelligent automation across the People technology ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between what our systems can do today and what they should be doing tomorrow—using low-code automation platforms, AI agents, and smart integrations to eliminate repetitive work and accelerate decision-making. This is not a traditional systems support role. It's a builder's role —where you'll be hands-on with automation tools like Workato, experimenting with AI-powered copilots and agents, and working cross-platform to connect the dots across our entire People tech stack.
