What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Technology, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science or related field, 3+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, digital transformation, project management, AI enablement, or related business functions, Proven experience leveraging AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to automate or enhance business processes, Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology or transformation initiatives, Proven ability to analyze and redesign processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, project management and organizational skills, Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities, Ability to train and support employees with varying levels of technical proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and AI productivity platforms

Experience in highly regulated industries, including manufacturing, retail, or cannabis
