What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field, 2+ years of relevant work or equivalent combination of education and experience, 2 years of professional AI-related experience internships, co-ops, analytics projects, or coursework, Basic familiarity using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Highly organized with attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, Comfortable working within Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook, Ability to work in an in-office setting, Collaborate directly and effectively with cross-functional business teams
Nice to Have
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Databricks/Snowflake, SQL, Python, or Excel advanced formulas, Familiarity with finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or food production business processes, Experience creating training materials, SOPs, documentation, dashboards, or process maps, Exposure to prompt engineering, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code tools, Curiosity and willingness to learn new AI tools quickly

Maintain searchable AI knowledge base
Support intake of AI use case ideas
Document current-state workflows
Assist with basic process mapping
Prepare use case summaries
Maintain AI use case registry
Support documentation of responsible AI practices
Ensure AI enablement materials reinforce expectations
Partner to ensure AI use cases align with governance
Track AI training attendance
Help create dashboards
Assist analysts applying AI to routine work
Identify repetitive support tasks
Stay current on emerging AI capabilities
