Nice to Have
Fluent Portuguese and Spanish are an advantage
What You'll Do.
Build and implement our Agentic AI based operating model
Design workflows that combine human decision making with AI agents
Implement automation across documentation
reporting and knowledge management
Evaluate and integrate AI tools such as LLM orchestration platforms
workflow engines and internal copilots
Structure scalable systems that increase output without increasing headcount
Collaborate with Product
Sales and corporate stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks
Translate experiments into stable
