This role is ideal for someone with strong development skills and a keen interest in applying generative AI to practical business challenges in a regulated, customer-focused organisation. **What will you be doing?** * Design and development of AI-powered applications, using LLMs and cloud services * Collaboration with business teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions * Work with internal platforms and APIs to integrate AI capabilities * Implementation of MLOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications * Monitoring and optimization of model performance, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards **What we’re looking for?** * Advanced proficiency in Python in business environments * Practical experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), preferably in the context of generative AI applications * Understanding and practical experience with large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies * Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices would be a strong asset * Experience in front end or full stack development is a plus * Excellent technical task management skills * Ability to plan and execute business requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to communicate clearly, explain technical ideas to non specialists, and work collaboratively across diverse teams * Awareness
