Must Have
Engineering or computer science degree, 2–5 years technical, client-facing, or implementation role, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Experience in data modeling, analytics, or business logic design, Experience in AI / ML concepts or applied data workflows, Proficiency with formulas, logic, and structured modeling, Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
Nice to Have
Programming (Python, SQL, or similar) a plus, Background in FP&A, financial modeling, or business planning, Prior experience with Pigment or similar platforms, Additional European language(s) outside of English

Build and deploy AI-powered solutions
Translate business problems into Pigment models
and deploy custom AI agents
Own end-to-end implementation for key customers
Work directly with customers
Partner with stakeholders to design AI-driven solutions
Act as a trusted advisor
Guide customers on best practices
Drive adoption and ensure value
Develop prototypes and experimental AI use cases
Test and iterate on new approaches
Collaborate with Customer Success
Translate customer feedback into product requirements
Contribute to the evolution of AI capabilities
Train users on Pigment features
Train users on modeling best practices
Train users on scalable system design
Define repeatable patterns for AI deployments
