Must Have
product sense, Business acumen, interpersonal range, Comfort with ambiguity, 1–3 years of experience in consulting, legal ops, client success, product, or a client-facing role at a tech company
Nice to Have
Background in law or legal services, Familiarity with workflow automation or no-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)

Surface real opportunities
Run generalist AI training sessions
Map and automate legal workflows
Build lightweight proofs-of-concept
Own the go-live for AI solutions
Coordinate technical resources
Serve as primary point of contact
Run structured check-ins
Translate field learnings into product feedback
