What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role, Deep understanding of computational mechanics, numerical methods (FEM/CFD/DEM), or multi-physics simulation, Familiarity with industry tools (e.g. , Ansys, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, SimScale, or custom solvers), Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. , Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering), Solid foundations in AI/ML/Data Science, Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar), business acumen and structured problem-solving skills, Executive presence and communication skills (VP / C-level stakeholders)
Nice to Have
Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g. , MEDDPICC), Experience with value-based selling, Prior experience in aerospace, automotive, or energy sectors
