If you’re excited to tackle some of the hardest problems in AI and help shape the future of customer operations and experience, we’d love to hear from you. 🎯 HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT As an AI Delivery Associate, you'll support the end-to-end delivery of our AI platform into customer environments. Working closely with our AI Delivery Lead and internal teams, you'll help ensure customers get up and running quickly and continue to see measurable value over time. - Support project delivery across onboarding and implementation, keeping timelines on track and flagging risks early. - Assist with discovery work to capture customer requirements, workflows, and operational context needed for a successful deployment. - Help configure and optimise our AI agent for specific customer use cases, working from established playbooks and guidelines. - Monitor performance data to identify trends, flag issues, and surface improvement opportunities for review with the Delivery Lead. - Coordinate activity across internal teams (AI, Engineering, Customer Success) to keep projects moving and stakeholders informed. - Maintain accurate project documentation, including status updates, action logs, and handover notes. - Contribute to building and improving internal
