Buscamos un AI & Data Architect con sólida experiencia en GCP y AWS para participar en proyectos de transformación digital en el sector financiero/asegurador, enfocados en arquitecturas de datos, IA generativa y MLOps en entornos productivos regulados. Trabajo en modalidad remota (dentro de Colombia) Responsabilidades: Evaluar arquitecturas actuales de datos e IA en GCP, AWS y plataformas internas. Diseñar arquitecturas objetivo para soluciones de IA, datos y analítica avanzada. Realizar inventario y análisis de datos estructurados y no estructurados por procesos de negocio. Identificar brechas técnicas en gobierno de datos, calidad, linaje y disponibilidad. Definir lineamientos de arquitectura de IA responsable y cumplimiento regulatorio. Evaluar madurez de modelos, pipelines de datos, MLOps y observabilidad. Diseñar soluciones de IA generativa (RAG, embeddings, agentes) en producció n. Presentar hallazgos, riesgos y recomendaciones al comité directivo. Requisitos: Más de 4 años en arquitectura de IA, datos o analítica avanzada en la nube Experiencia con Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Data Catalog). Experiencia con Amazon Web Services (S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS). Experiencia en arquitecturas de IA generativa y agentic AI (RAG, embeddings, LLMs en producción). Experiencia en gobierno de datos, linaje, calidad de datos y cumplimiento regulatorio. Experiencia en MLOps (entrenamiento, versionado, monitoreo y reentrenamiento). Experiencia en integración de datos no estructurados (OCR, documentos, embeddings). Conocimiento en seguridad de datos, IAM, encriptación y control de acce
