## Accountabilities You will be responsible for leading end-to-end creative strategy and execution for performance-driven e-commerce advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on AI-generated video and static assets. You will develop creative concepts, produce high-performing ad variations, and continuously iterate based on performance insights. Own the full creative strategy for top-of-funnel performance ads across multiple e-commerce clients, translating product positioning and audience insights into scalable concepts Produce AI-generated video ads across multiple formats such as UGC-style avatars, CGI demos, cinematic spots, VSLs, mini-worlds, and product transformations Design and execute static ad creatives including product composites, comparison visuals, lifestyle images, and high-volume variation testing Write structured creative briefs that define hooks, angles, visual direction, messaging, and conversion intent for both human and AI execution Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) to identify winning patterns and inform new creative iterations Continuously test new AI tools, formats, and storytelling approaches to improve ad performance and creative output speed Build a structured creative testing system, ensuring rapid iteration and scaling of winning concepts across multiple accounts Requirements: You are a highly execution-driven creative professional with deep experience in performance marketing and AI-assisted content production. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on production capability and understand how creative directly drives revenue in e-commerce environments. Proven experience creating and scaling AI-generated video ads that have run with real paid media budgets and delivered measurable performance results Strong hands-on expertise with AI video and image generation tools (e.g., Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Creatify, Midjourney, or similar platforms) Background in e-commerce or direct-response advertising, with
