Technical enablement & expertise * Evaluate, set up, and maintain a best-in-class citizen development toolkit for automation/RPA and AI (especially Microsoft Power Platform and 365 Copilot) to be used by business users. * Provide technical guidance and support to community members on solution design, architecture, and troubleshooting. * Support business users in translating their needs into scalable and robust technical solutions. * Beware of existing citizen dev solutions and business needs. Proactively help in transferring solutions to areas where it makes sense. * Review, curate, and expand our internal citizen developer tools, a to-be-created solution marketplace, ensuring quality, reusability, and compliance with standards. * Contribute to a to-be-created Citizen Dev Knowledge Hub with technical best practices, documentation, blueprints, and how-to content. * Continuously identify and introduce new technologies and approaches that can scale across the company. * Act as a thought leader by exploring emerging AI/automation trends and translating them into practical solutions for the business in the context of citizen development. 2.
