What you'll do We're looking for an AI Business Operations Analyst to join Clara Ops and drive a new chapter of how we run the company. This is not a traditional ops role. You will be the person who spots where humans are doing work that machines could do better — and then builds the systems that make it happen. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, automation, and execution, working across teams to eliminate friction, accelerate decisions, and raise the operational ceiling of Clara. You will report to the Global Head of Operations and partner closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
