AI Business Analyst – Location Glasgow (Hybrid) | Type: Permanent Drive impactful change within Scotland’s Financial sector The Role Capco is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our Business Consulting practice, supporting strategic transformation programmes across leading financial services and investment banking clients. This role combines core business analysis expertise with a focus on AI-enabled transformation, helping clients bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and practical business outcomes. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, AI specialists, and technology delivery teams, you will identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, automation, and agentic workflows to improve operational efficiency, employee productivity, decision-making, and customer outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping business requirements, driving change initiatives, and supporting the successful delivery and adoption of AI-enabled solutions within complex, regulated environments.
