Must Have
3 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting, supporting product development or product ownership, understanding of the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, Basic knowledge of Generative AI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI safety principles, large‑scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML technologies
Nice to Have
Self‑starter with initiative, able to operate with limited guidance in a fast‑changing environment, Adapting to evolving technical and risk requirements, collaborating across diverse teams
What You'll Do.
Support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering an in‑house LLM productivity tool
Contribute to roadmap execution
Develop and refine product features by gathering user insights
and tracking changes in user behaviour and needs
Work closely with Engineering to translate feature ideas into clear requirements and maintain an organised
Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to collect feedback
and ensure the product meets market and user expectations
