We are looking for an AI Automation & Voice Agent Specialist to help implement AI-driven customer communication and reservation systems for a fast-growing U.S.-based company. This role will primarily focus on developing and training AI-powered phone and customer interaction systems using existing company data, including recorded calls, text conversations, FAQs, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience working with conversational AI, automation platforms, and customer service technologies capable of improving response times, reservation handling, and operational efficiency.
