Must Have
Experience working with AI automation, conversational AI, chatbots, or AI agents, Familiarity with OpenAI/ChatGPT-based tools and AI workflow implementation, Experience handling customer service automation or reservation booking workflows, Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation platforms, Experience organizing and structuring data for AI training purposes, Excellent English communication skills, Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment

Experience with tools such as OpenAI, Zapier, Make. com, Twilio, Vapi, Retell AI, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms, Background in customer experience automation or CRM systems, Basic knowledge of web design, website management, or digital marketing, Experience supporting small to medium-sized business operations through automation
