What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of total software (backend) development experience, Python + SQL skills, Experience building production-grade AI/ML systems, 2–4+ years hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI, Experience working in client-facing roles, partnering with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
Nice to Have
GCP certifications, Experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent systems, Exposure to automation / workflow platforms (RPA, low-code), Familiarity with Microsoft AI ecosystem

The AI Lead is a high-impact, hands-on engineering role responsible for architecting and delivering end-to-end AI and agentic automation solutions for enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, system design, and strategic influence. You will build production-grade AI systems powered by LLMs and modern cloud platforms, while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders—translating complex requirements into scalable solutions that drive real business value. In addition to delivery, you will mentor engineers, contribute to best practices, and help define how AI and agent-based systems are implemented across products, workflows, and enterprise environments. This is a builder-first role: you are expected to actively code and deliver systems in production. You will also play a key role in helping shape how enterprises adopt AI and agent-based systems at scale.
